解決 Python [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed

最近在測試 wit.ai 語音辨識過程出現 CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED 錯誤，原因是 Python 3.6 之後的版本更改了 OpenSSL 協定，因此需要手動進行更新

啟動 Spotlight Search

並且在搜尋欄位貼上 Install Certificates.command

建立 fix-ssl.bash
